All ticket sales are final. No refunds except in the case of event cancellation.

Entry requires a valid ticket and ID matching the purchaser’s name.

3. Behavior & Conduct

Attendees must respect the venue, artists, staff, and each other.

No violence, harassment, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
4. Safety & Liability

Attend at your own risk. Dubzarks, Mother Nature’s Riverfront Retreat, and all affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property.

Medical, security, and staff will be present. Emergency procedures must be followed.
5. Camping & Venue Rules

Camp only in designated areas. Respect all posted signs and boundaries.

Leave no trace—pack out all trash and keep the grounds clean.

Fires allowed only in provided pits. No outside firewood due to local regulations.
6. Age Restrictions

This event is primarily 18+. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
7. Photography & Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for festival promotions.

No unauthorized professional audio or video recording.
